From my childhood, I have dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur, but the road to realizing this vision was anything but easy. Growing up in a middle-class family, being a woman in business, not having a formal business education—each of these posed challenges making my dream distant. For years, I doubted my potential, offering my talents to employers or working through partnerships. On my 37th birthday, something shifted and I broke free from these barriers; and in that moment of liberation - Agam was born. While others see it as the genesis of a company, I see it as my personal rebirth—a testament to the belief that no dream is too big and no challenge is insurmountable.

With over two decades of experience, I’ve learned that MSME owners—often the everyday heroes in our families—struggle to gain visibility and recognition. Our success goes beyond profits; it’s about uplifting families and communities. At Agam, we build local stories into great brands by transforming these insights into strategies. Inspired by my daughter’s lesson - “Sharing is Caring,” Agam’s culture is built on collaboration and impact.
